Syinnica “Syn-sational” is the term that is synonymous with the name Syinnica, OneFLO Entertainment’s leading man. As an extraordinary vocalist, songwriter, dancer, rapper, arranger, and producer, Syinnica undoubtedly has the music industry wondering, “What can’t he do”? Born March 22, 1983 on the south side of Chicago, Jeromy David Peterson, a.k.a. Syinnica, discovered at a very early age that he had an innate love for music, and by the time he reached junior high school, he knew that music would be a part of the journey of his life. While simultaneously developing his harmonizing, piano, and production skills, at the age of 16, he formed an R&B group, named EnTRUsioN. Though the group gained statewide popularity for its songs and performances, in June of 2005, Syinnica decided to disband the group in hopes of developing his own record label with his production partner, D’Andre Brooks. Although Syinnica is popularly known for his impeccable performances at private parties, schools, and Chicago area park districts, he is perhaps most renowned for his work as a music producer. Having produced tracks for such popular Chicago area artist as Parker, Nomadic, and Miss Brittany Monet, Syinnica was also responsible for the production of the track that took the popular female R&B group, Choycez, to the top as they won an appearance on the talent show Showtime at the Apollo. As the president and co-founder of OneFLO Entertainment, Syinnica accredits much of the success of his nine-year career to such musical influences as Michael Jackson, Diddy, Usher, and other popular artists that he studied as a child. Destined to become the next musical icon, when asked what his ultimate goal is, Syinnica assertively responds, “I want to put a big dent in the industry, a dent so big, the music industry won’t remember how it was without me.”

Miss Brittany Monet was born Brittany Monet Brinson on September 17, 1989 in Chicago’s northwest suburbs. As a child her parents quickly took notice to the blossoming musical talents of their daughter, and soon enrolled her in Voice Unlimited Music School, where she studied both jazz and classical vocal technique and music theory. It was during this time that she was given the opportunity to perform as a female vocalist of the Chicago Children’s Choir, as well as an opening act at the Sears Center of Chicago for the Chicago Wolves. After completing four years of training and development at V.U., Miss Brittany Monet began to develop her abilities as a songwriter. She was soon discovered by OneFLO Entertainment’s co-founder and producer, D’andre Brooks, who began to further encourage and develop the musical prodigy forming within her. Inspired by such musical artist as Alicia Keys and Prince, Miss Brittany Monet has gone on to write such smash hits as the smooth ballad, “Amazing Me” and the soul stirring “Contemplating”. As a writer, her lyrics are relatable, and often derived from her personal experiences of learning, loving, and living life. Her critically acclaimed single, “Free” featuring Will Hitt of the Rich Kiddz, is set for release in March of 2007. Presently, it appears that as an artist and label owner Miss Brittany Monet is on a steady road to success, and as a strong and beautiful young woman, she dares to become a positive female role model for the future.
Nomadic With his hot lyrics and catchy delivery, Nomadic is on the brink of stardom. As a gifted rapper, songwriter, and producer, Nomadic has sewn his seeds into the music industry. D’Andre Augustine Brooks-Metoyer, Jr. was born August 9, 1988, on the south side of Chicago. With the assistance of his older brother, who was well established in the music industry, he was drawn to the hip-hop sound and culture. Nomadic’s taste in music evolved into an array of genres, from old school soul to alternative. This discovery of new music could no longer be lyrically regurgitated through his rap skills. He then decided to teach himself the craft of producing. Learning to produce opened many doors for Nomadic. By the age of fourteen, he sold over 1,000 units of his first self-recorded, self-produced album. Nomadic’s talent reaches beyond the recording studio. He is also a critically acclaimed performer. In 2004, he was selected as the opening act for Baby Bash at Club Soda, located in the Chicagoland area. The performances Nomadic takes the most pride in took place in 2005. He was given the opportunity to perform with Jive Record’s Cam One. He also participated in a showcase sponsored by the Miami Heat’s Cerron Butler and Mr. Mark. Nomadic is on the road to success. Presently, he is the co-founder and co-owner of One FLO Entertainment., where he plans to continue his music career as an artist and entrepreneur. Like his favorite artists, TuPac and Jay-Z, he also wants to one day, serve as a role model to those who aspire to have a prominent career in music. When asked to describe his personal goals, he states, “I want to be one of the best lyrical rappers in the Midwest. I want people to look at me years from now and say, ‘I want to be like Nomadic!’”
Parker Parker is a dynamic songstress with extensive lyrical skills. Her style interweaves old school soul with jazz and contemporary R&B. With drive like no other, she is bound to be a star, Parker was born as Tameka Frankie Powell on March 9, 1983, in San Bernadino CA. At the age of two her parents discovered her love for music when they realized that she taught herself how to use the record player. By five, she recorded her first album with a community choir from the Chicago land area. The revelation to pursue a professional career in music hit her at the age of 16, after she performed with gospel singer, Desmond Pringle, at the House of Blues-Chicago. By 18, Parker enrolled in Columbia College- Chicago, as a vocal performance major. Simultaneously, she studied vocal jazz at A&A Music Academy, located in the outskirts of Chicago. Although her training and development was primarily jazz related, her influences steered her into the direction of soul. Frequently compared to Chaka Khan and Erykah Badu, she is easily enthralled by their smooth, soulful and sultry sound. However, lyrically, Parker compares herself to none other than the famous African American poet Langston Hughes. Her songs contain a poetic flare with a message for her community. As an entertainer, Parker is incomparable. She has performed throughout the country within various venues. In 2004, Parker began her broadcasting career as a television host on channel 19 CAN TV’s “Elma & Company”, where she had the opportunity to interview such celebrities as The Inc.’s Ja Rule, WGCI’s Elroy Smith, and Bad Boy’s Elliot Ness. In 2005, she opened for hip-hop band, Black Elephant at the Onopa in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and in January 2007, she performed with Byron Cage as the opening act for the 22nd Annual Stellars Awards. Currently, Parker serves as treasurer and co-owner of One FLO Entertainment. With plans for opening doors for other artists, she hopes to continue the cycle of generating feel-good music. When asked to predict her future, she confidently says, “I see myself touring around the world with my eight piece band and preparing for my next album, in addition to hosting my own lifestyle entertainment segment, while living with my husband in New Orleans, helping to rebuild the city.” Without a doubt, Parker is on her way.

Coloque Eric S. Young, Jr., popularly known as Coloque, is the next hip-hop prodigy to emerge from Chicago’s underground music world. His free-spirited, mature flavor solidifies his reputation in the hip-hop community as not simply a rapper, but a lyricist, and gives hope to the skeptics who say that hip-hop is dead. Born on (Date), and raised in Chicago, IL, Eric developed a love for music at an early age. As he got older, simply listening to his favorite artists was not enough to curve his hunger for “real” hip-hop, so he started free-styling and writing his own lyrics on a consistent basis. This daily activity became a part of his evolution into the hip-hop artist that his audience now knows as “Coloque”. While developing his natural talent, Eric made a conscious decision to make hip-hop his “lifestyle”. Like many of his influences, he breathes, eats, dresses, and praises the hip-hop culture. His audiences consist of the old and new school hip-hop lovers, from the street corners to the clubs of Chicago. Eric is currently a founding member and hip-hop artist for OneFLO Entertainment, and when asked what his goals are, he simply answers, “to be one of hip-hop’s greatest.”
